I have an iPhone X I just “upgraded” to iOS 13. It seems to have some flaws. It deleted several apps and will not let me sign in to my Airport wifi. Especially annoying is that it deleted Find My Friends and won’t let me reinstall it saying that “this app has features that this phone does not support. This is bizarre and frustrating Any ideas?

Find my friends has now merged with find my iPhone and renamed “Find My”. It’s probably still there.
See if resetting network settings on your iPhone helps:
General - Reset - Reset Network Settings.
Then try adding your wifi

You should have an app called "Find My" that has Find my Friends & Find my iPhone.
For wifi, what issue, exactly, are you having?

Find my friends and find my phone are in one combined app now in iOS 13 they are the green gps looking app.
Thanks, I figured out the “find my,” but it won’t allow me to access my Airport controls. I try to sign in with my password and the airport app just closes.
Thanks. Figured out the “find my” weirdness. I reset my network settings but I still can’t access the Airport app. When I try to sign in, it just blinks out.
Check for an update for the app. If there isn't one, delete the app, restart your phone & download it again.
