Sync IOS13 with El Capitan
It's possible to sync an Iphone 5 SE (iOS13) with iTunes 12.8.2.3 on El Capitan (10.11.6)?
Previously, when i update my device to IOS12 i need to update OSX to 10.11... now i can't update my mac
