iPod Touch (7th Gen) not updating to iOS13

Scroll down towards the bottom of the page, to the heading iOS 13 is compatible with these devices. You will notice that the iPod Touch (7th generation) has two asterisks next to it. Checking the asterisks at the bottom of the page reveals that the release date for the iPod Touch is 24th September.

This applies only to the iPod Touch.

Would you please be so kind to post where you found that information. I know there are separate dates for MacOS Catalina and iPad but haven't been able to find a specific date just for the iPod Touch (7th Gen)

As it turns out that update will not be out until the 24th.

Thank you kindly...not Sure what is up with Apple and releases these days...nothing but poor communication and release management...
