When I moved to another country and change my store I lost all music, movies and books that I have bought before?

Is it true that I will lost everything when I change apple store from I country to another (music, books, movies) ?

And if I just create another Apple ID all cloud information will be erased from my phone too?

For the first question the answer is maybe. Read this for steps you can take if you are concerned about this:

Change your Apple ID country or region - https://support.apple.com/HT201389

If you create a new Apple ID and set it up on you phone, exactly what happens depends upon the kind of data you are using. Note that an iPhone can only handle one Apple ID at a time. If you change Apple ID on the phone some features will let you keep old data on the phone before syncing to the new ID. So again the answer is not a simple yes or no.

Change your iCloud feature settings [iOS and Mac] - https://support.apple.com/HT207689 - "'When you turn off an iCloud feature on a device, information stored only in iCloud for that feature is no longer available on the device. If you turn off Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Notes, Reminders, or iCloud Photos on just one device, you can still view and change your information on iCloud.com and on another device you set up for that feature."
