Photos app following the software update to iOS 13.1?
Why can’t I select images to add to Albums in Apple’s Photos app? Also, the option to post to Facebook doesn’t populate either.

I see that you're not able to add a photo to a specific album in the Photos application on your iPhone. Also, the option to post a photo to Facebook doesn't show, and I'm glad to help.
Organize photos in albums on iPhone -- This article provides the information and steps that you need to add a photo or video to an album. Once you tap the share button, swipe up to get the options to share it within Photos. When you're trying to share to Facebook, tap the more (...) button to see if it's located there.
