Since I updated my phone to 13.1, the option disappeared in Safari. Please help me fix that without even thinking to reinstall the OS on the phone.

If you want to, you can send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem or a suggestion for change. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem/suggested change solved sooner.

Thanks a bunch for your reply. Such a simple, yet so complicated. How could Apple’s UX team make a such huge mistake in the U.I. after all the experiences they’ve gathered throughout the years. A demarcation line, or a hint should be in place in the U.I. so users know that there are more options if they swipe upwards. If there is a change in the U.I. those changes should help million of users, not vice versa. How many minutes, hours and days users globally might spend on this, rather for them to spend their energy on something more useful? ;)

Tap on the "Share" icon, scroll up to see "Actions." If "Actions" is not displayed, scroll all the way up, and select "Edit Actions." Choose "Add to Home Screen," then Done.
