Music pausing

I just notice any music I play pauses about every 10 seconds on my iphone7. This happened the day after I installed iOS 13.1? I have restarted but that doesn’t fix it does anyone know how to fix this issue?

Well.... after a few hours of intermittent pauses. It started playing with no issues. I have no clue what fixed it other than time.
