Before i got the iPhone 11, i had the 7plus and i was able to type whatever it was that i was typing, and if i made an error typing i could press down where i needed the cursor to be and it would zoom-in to show me where i am placing the cursor, but now with the new phone, it doesn't do it. Is there a setting that i have to set or is this a glitch in the iOS system??

Tap at the beginning or end of the word then drag left or right (which means tapping again and holding) to move it to exactly where you want it. For the life of me I can’t figure out why it isn’t easier to find online, but I finally figure it out by accident.
