Missing music after purchase
Bought a song off iTunes yesterday and have been billed and the song isn’t anywhere to be seen
I’ve tried all the usual things
Also, searches the song again and it comes up as if I’ve not bought it yet

Had the same issue
Make sure you have the correct apple id... then go to Settings-> Itunes and App Store -> Apple ID -> Sign out.
After signing out, close all your open apps then follow this: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201272
Key is to sign back in directly in the itunes app. If you're still having trouble, you can always contact support :)
