Some Account settings will not be available until you sign in again. Constant issue.

Updated from OSX Mojave to OSX Catalina and now getting - Some Account settings will not be availible until you sign in again. Click on continue and follow the prompts. As soon as I click anywhere else it start all over again and same message appears. Any ideas? Constantly have "1" at System Preferences.

Fixed - I found my fix so this may help you. I simply turned everything off on iCloud Setting and then signed out of my Apple ID on the Mac and signed back in and set everything back up. Doesn't seem to be prompting me anymore. Happy Days.
