On IOS 13.1.2 How do I edit screenshot instantly? Now after a successful screenshot tap on the picture does not action anything as it used to.

Try to force restart your iPhone, because I can edit a screenshot on my iPhone XS that is running 13.1.2 by taping right after I took it.
