my computer is authorized but I cannot play my music because it says it is not

I downloaded several albums and I noticed when a few songs are up to play they are skipped. I logged into my computer to see if I can play the songs that way and it says the computer is not authorized and requires that I log in. When I put in my login information it says "this device is already authorized." I have removed the authorization and added it back and I still cannot play the songs.

Any helpful steps for this?

Repeated requests to authorize an already authorized computer for recent store downloads typically indicates you have corrupt or incomplete copies. Delete the tracks that won't play from your library without hiding from your purchase history. Redownload using the cloud links that should remain, or close iTunes and reopen if they don't show up straight away. While downloading click the activity widget and turn off the option that allows for simultaneous downloads.
