Headphones work for music, but not phone
My headphones work fine for everything except my phone. On a phone call with the headphones plugged in, it only provides an option for speaker.

If your headphones don't work with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch has steps to assist.
You'll want to make sure that your headset does have a microphone.
You can test with another headset, such as the one that came with your iPhone.
Or, try your headset with another phone.
