Smart mailboxes in Mail
When I upgraded to Catalina, all of my smart mailboxes in Mail stopped working. How do I fix this?
I restored Mojave to a partition on an external hard drive from a Time Machine back up and then upgraded that installation to Catalina in order to try out the new OS. That installation had the problem with my smart mailboxes in Mail.
When I upgraded my internal hard drive to Catalina, the problem did not appear. I have no idea why the problem showed up on the external drive but not the internal drive. I assume there was some kind of glitch in the restore process.
Now all of my 64-bit apps seem to be working fine.
