Siri is only searching music in my library since upgrading to iOS 13, previously it was searching all Apple Music (I’m a subscriber). Is there some kind of setting to allow Siri to search Apple Music as well as my library?

Hi fr john w,

It seems you're having trouble searching for songs, and I want to help.

Is it that if you ask Siri to play Apple Music it's not working?

Try going to Settings > Siri & Search > Music > Show in Search. Turn this off and back on, or ensure it's turned on.

Let me know if you're able to search properly after that.

Hi fr john w,

Thanks for giving that a try.

Which version of iOS are you currently running and which iPhone do you have?

Have you tried turning Siri off and back on entirely?

Go to Settings > Siri & Search, and turn off the top two options for speaking Siri.

After you confirm the turn off, restart your iPhone and turn them back on.

Let me know if that helps.
