Change Country

I moved from India to Canada. I couldn’t download some of the apps because my country was selected to India. But when I tried to change the country in AppleID settings, it asked me to cancel my Apple Music subscription.

I tried to do that but it still doesn’t let me change the country and still asking me to cancel the subscription.
