Old Apple ID is asking for sign in since update

I had an old apple ID is used when living in NZ. That was over 10 years ago.

I moved back to the UK and created and have been using a newer ID, along with iTunes and App store etc without any trouble.

With the latest software update on my iPhone X, I am now getting popups asking me to sign in with that old Apple ID. Not only do I not wish to, I can't remember the password nor do I have access as the email address has long since expired too.

How do I get rid of this message? And/or how do I find out which apps are associated with that ID so I can remove them from my phone?

Check your purchases history on the current ID to see which apps/purchases weren’t made by the current ID.

Hi Eric this took me into the apple itunes store on my desktop and allowed me to login using my current account, not the old account in question. So while I am impressed it goes all the way back to 2011 (!!) I can't see an option to view the other ID purchases.

If you can't access your prior ID to see the purchases history, the only way I know to eliminate the old apps is to do an app by app comparison between what is on the phone and what is in your current purchases history. That or check for updates that aren't in your current purchases history.
