Follow the instructions in the link. If this doesn't work, you may need to visit a Genius Bar with your iPhone, your sales receipt and your photo ID. Something to remember is that the person who changed your password has to have been someone who knows your Apple ID name and its previous password, and to have had access to your two-factor authentication device, including knowing your 6-digit unlock code. Make sure that when you change your password back, you do not share your new password with anyone. Then change your 6-digit unlock code and don't share that with anyone.
