Delete items in ITunes Wish List

iTunes won't allow me to delete items in My Wish List.

Clicking on the X does nothing.

MacBook Air 13", macOS 10.15

You'e not the only one. (You can find many others with this problem here: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/250506303)

I've experienced this problem for probably a year, stretching through many versions of iTunes, and continuing here in the Catalina-era Music app store.
