Fraud activity

I called iTunes on Monday rep ask me to send in money to clear and issue with my account which I did and then they continued to ask for more and that all funds wold be placed back into my account within 10 mins which never happen in regards to a bill for $1200. The phone# on iTunes website was

855 *** 5999 spoke with rep Jane and supreme VJ please assist me with this issue thanks

Unfortunately, you did not call iTunes. Call your bank immediately. If you allowed the criminals to access your computer, restore it using a backup that predates the intrusion.
