Selam herkese ben türkiye İZMİRDE yaşayan biriyim 2019 un başında iphone xs aldım aradan 4 veya 5 ay geçmediki telefon kendiliğinden kasmaya başladı ve ne denediysem düzelmedi bütün güncellemeleri yüklememe rağmen aynı devam etti bende İSTANBUL apple dan randevu alıp telefonumu oraya ulaştırdım fakat oradaki görevli arkadaşlar benim telefonumu yapamayacaklarını söylediler çünkü telefonum ABD den gelen bir model olduğunu söyleyerek telefonumu iade ettiler benim telefonum 2019 aralık ayına kadar garanti kapsamı içinde olmasına rağmen bana böyle bir tavır sergilediler ve mecburen telefonumu kasmasına rağmen kullanmak zorunda kalıyorum keşke almasaydım sözde dünyada tanınmış müşterisine değer veren bir firma bende anladımki öyle değilmiş yıllardır iphone kullanan biriydim fakat bu tavırlarından dolayı bir daha almayı düşünmüyorum demekki müşteri memnuniyeti satılana kadarmış halbuki çok güvendiğim bir firmaydı yanılmışım saygılarımla BÜLENT OLCAYTÜRK

Hi everyone, I turkey İZMİRDE living'm 2019 in early iPhone xs bought together 4 or 5 months began on the phone itself muscle geçmedi and what improvement I tried all the updates from installation although he also continued with me ISTANBUL I reached there, my phone taking apple from appointment but there Colleagues who can not my phone will they said because my phone is a model from the United States returned my phone saying that although my phone is covered by the warranty until December 2019, and such an attitude forced me to use my phone despite having to say I wish I had not bought a company that supposedly recognized a company in the world I understood ı have been using iphone for many years, but because of this attitude, I do not think to buy again until the customer satisfaction is sold until a company that I trust very much best regards BÜLENT OLCAYTÜRK
