iPhone XS Max not charging properly
not charging properly all the time is it defective? Have tried all troubleshooting known? Suggestions appreciated!!!

Thank you for your help it is much appreciated we will take it to the apple store ASAP
Was told that there might be a list of serial numbers that might be defective and must be replaced have you ever heard if such a list?
No such list.
