How do i buy a game i downloaded on a different Apple ID

So I did download Minecraft on a different Apple ID, yeah I know I’m not supposed to, but now I want to buy Minecraft on my current Apple ID to update it, but it just keeps on telling me to log into the Apple ID I downloaded it off of. Like it won’t even let me purchase it, it just asks me to log into the Apple ID I bought it on. Also I think I I delete it, then redownload it I think I’ll just ask me to log back into the Apple ID I downloaded it on. And no, I no longer have access of the old Apple ID I downloaded Minecraft off of.
