Keyboard Icon is not on the menu (Catalina)

I've selected: show keyboard and emoji viewers in menu bar

but nothing happened.

I've upgraded my MacBook Pro to Catalina (10.15.1)

Can anybody help me?

“Character Viewer’” missing from menu bar in Catalina This problem is similar to “Keyboard icon in menu bar not available” — but the “fix” suggested there does not work. As mentioned here I was able to bring up the Character Viewer by typing Control-⌘-Space, or from the menu bar: Edit > Emoji & Symbols. But before Catalina, I could check a box in  menu > System Preferences > Keyboard > Keyboard labeled “show keyboard and emoji viewers in menu bar” to make a Character Viewer icon: appear on the menu bar. Keyboard Character Typing in Catalina 10.15.6 update I updated to the latest software of macOS Catalina 10.15.6 but after that keyboard started to behave weirdly . I have a imac on the magic keyboard whenever i start typing it does something else like for example if i am pressing navigation keys its opens launchpad and whenever i type a sentence somekeys don't respond until its press 3 to 4 times but every time i press sound comes on keypress but it doesn't showup. i tried all troubleshooting methods of removing bluetooth devices, reseting bluetooth device and reset bluetooth module as well but nothing worked. i hope its a software glitch in the latest macOS if you find any other ways please help

In finder, select system preferences. "Is this the Keyboard icon your lookin 4?"
