I just updated to Catalina 10.15.01 and I'm not able to move the files or folder to trash. Or move files to another folder. Any one has same problem, or any solution?

Yes, I reboot couple of times. Still have some problems. When I try to open a picture from desktop shows error message: The file can't be opened.
Still if I move some file on desktop I'm not able to delete them or move to another folder.
Did you try to reset permissions as I suggested above?
Some folders in the system area may be read-only but generally for user files...

Have you rebooted at least once since you updated from 10.15 to 10.15.1 ?
