Since a week ago I am unable to update my pending iPhone apps at the App Store. Installing apps is working, just not updating.

I am also experiencing the issue on my iPhone 11 running iOS 13.2.2 - it's also affecting my MacBook Pro running Catalina 10.15.1
Just updated to 13.2.3 and still te same issue..
