Apple TV kicking us out of TV services we paid for

We have Apple TV and the Apple TV+ trial. When trying to watch tv shows last night using our paid CBS access, every time we reached one of our fav shows, the Apple TV would throw us out back to the main menu of the App. We can not get back into our shows. What gives?

Apple TV + and CBS All Access are separate subscriptions. If you only claimed the trial for Apple's service then that is all you would be entitled to. You would need to subscribe to the Apple TV channel version of CBS All Access separately in order to access that within the TV app.

If you already had a subscription with CBS then that would still integrate with the TV app, but would then require an install of CBS' app, and playback would occur there. If there was an issue with that then it would be up to CBS to fix it.
