Apple TV plus app not working on apple tv

For some reason my Apple TV+ service is no longer accessible via the app on my Apple TV. I can still access it on iPad and screen share but how do I get the app to reset on my Apple TV? Deleting the app and reinstalling it is not an option!

I have model A2169 and tvOS is 15.6
