I backed up to iCloud my iPhone XS and after buying the iPhone11 Pro, I restored from iCloud backup.
After restore, i noticed all my Website & App Passwords from my keychain were not available. I looked in settings and noticed they were all gone.
How do i restore this?

Keychain is not included in the backup. You must sync it to iCloud to recover it. Settings/{your name}/iCloud - keychain: ON
