How do I get songs that were purchased that are not in purchase list

"If you don't see the item that you want to redownload

• Check your purchase history to make sure that you purchased the item with the Apple ID that you signed in with. If not, sign in with a different Apple ID. If you’re not sure what your Apple ID is, we can help.
