Apple Watch won’t pair

So my old iPhone broke and my Apple Watch was paired to it and now I’m trying to pair it to my new phone but I can’t unpair it from my old phone.

How do I unpair it from my broken phone?

If you don't have your iPhone and can't unpair, you can still erase all content and settings on your Apple Watch:

  1. On your Apple Watch, tap Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings.
  2. For Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS + Cellular), choose to keep or remove your cellular plan. ...
  3. Tap Erase All to confirm.
