How do I change from miles to kilometers

From you iPhone

Health>Summary>Walking + running Distance>tap on this

Then scroll to the bottom and tap on Unit, check the unit you want Mi or KM then tap back and you're done.

Do the same thing for cycling and any other metric you have that counts Km's or Mi's

Part of the fun of this is digging through the settings!

I find new stuff all the time!
