Hello,

Make sure that..

Make sure there's nothing blocking your Microphones (if you wear a case for example)
Make sure the microphone holes are clear from dirt/dust/pocketlint

Start Troubleshooting:

Does this issue persist trying to record a Voice Memo? (microphone check)
Does this issue persist trying to shoot a video in the Camera App? (sound with the video playback)
Do you have decent cellular reception?
Have you tried restarting your device?
