my Siri never respond to hey Siri.... Siri can’t hear me...what to do?

Iphone 6 should be plugged in to support "hey Siri".

Can you check the Siri Settings (Settings -> Siri and Search).Please make sure that ‘Hey Siri’ is Turned On.
