Mac with High Sierra not stating up in normal boot
I am able to restart on safe boot, removed all login items, but restart fails on normal boot. Any help will be appreciated. Etrecheck report is attached

You have a cleaning app installed, DrCleaner. Mac OS does not require any antivirus, cleaning or any other third party "maintenance" apps, if simply kept up to date. That being said your iMac is very very old, personally I would recommend looking into replacing it.
