My Touch Bar goes unresponsive and will not register anything on the right side

I am wondering if others are having issues with their 16 " MacBook Pro. My touch Bar goes unresponsive and will not register anything n the right side (the one with volume and brightness) until I restart my Mac. that issue happened 3 times (I have my new MacBook Pro since 5 days)

there are limited Terminal commands—

    killall ControlStrip

The entire Touchbar is handled by the System Management Controller—

Hi amer1c0,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. I understand that you're having trouble with the Touch Bar on your Mac becoming unresponsive and you have to restart your Mac for it to work again. I can see why you'd reach out about this behavior; I'd like to help. I'd recommend starting with the steps in the resources below to reset the SMC and NVRAM on your Mac:

Take some time to test for the behavior and let me know what you find.

Best Regards.
