Search frustration in Catalina Music App

Hi, one of my favorite things about iTunes was the ability for me to use the search function as a filter in my library. For instance, I could order my library in song view by date added, and then search "Drake" to see the first Drake song that I added. Now, in the new music app, it takes me to this terrible search page that shows results by album, song, etc –with no option to search within the song view. This is terrible and makes the app far less useful than the previous search feature. Is there anyway around this?
