My 4th generation shuffle would sync with iTunes and then stopped. iTunes does not recognize it. The USB cable is plugged fully into the shuffle and it will charge when plugged in. I have the most recent version of iTunes on my PC. Any suggestions on how to get iTunes to recognize my shuffle again?
