Why won’t my IPad mini 2 not let me watch live tv/movies on airline flights? Also, I can’t download apps from the App Store because it says the app is not compatible with the I Pad?? My Wi-Fi connection is fine and works well otherwise....Is it too old? What are my options other than buying a new one?

I wouldn't have concerns with purchasing a refurbished/discounted iPad from Apple directly, but the new iPad is hardly more than the refurbished ones which I would say is better value because you are going to have software support for longer if you buy brand new.

Ughhh has k thanks.....Well that stinks. Mine is in perfect condition, I typically only use it at home to pay bills or to watch movies/TV on airplane while traveling. Are the refurbished/discounted ones good or should I have concerns with purchasing those?
It is too old to download many of the apps on the App Store. Your options other than buying a new one are nothing. You can buy a refurbished or discounted one from that section of Apple's website.
