I cannot see the bottom of the webpage for example - google are asking me to click agree at the bottom of a page and I cannot scroll any further down and there is no click agree. It’s the same on another page I’ve just tried. I’ve tried clicking the green button to expand the screen but this doesn’t work. Can anyone help please ?

Is the browser window too low on the display? If so drag the window up. Are you using the wrong display resolution so that the browser window is larger than the display? If so, use the correct resolution. Post a picture of your display with the issue.
