Use these There Steps:

1. Reset the SMC and NVRAM:

Sometimes changes take place while your Mac is being used, making it operate not as intended (In this case, the keyboard and touchpad). Use these Links:

2. Scan your Mac for Malware:

Malware is short for Malicious Software. Such software makes your Mac operate arrogantly(technically). So scan with it. Remove what is found. The uninstall it. Finally reboot your Mac. Use these links:

Downloads:

  1. Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for Mac
  2. Malwarebytes uninstaller

3. Boot into Safe Mode:

Booting into Safe Mode makes installations operate without preferences, opening it. System caches are placed aside. So, see if that works. Hold down the shift key upon boot to boot into Safe Mode. Go Here: Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac - Apple Support.
