my touch bar is not working on my MacBook . What should I do
my touch bar is blank, nothing is showing. I can't control brightness, volume or do anything on the touch bar.

yes, I did reset the system management controller, but the problem is still there. I actually reset my MacBook to factory reset, still no improvement.
What exactly is the problem?
Does the bad behavior survive after a restart?
Have you tried Resetting the System Management Controller ?
I would take it in to an authorized service place.
