Recently I have discovered 2 problems with my airpods pros , where they take up to 1-2 hours to charge fully.
the 2nd problem is that my left AirPod gets warm after 3 minutes of use, where as the right one stays cool

Charge your AirPods with charging case and learn about battery life
In terms of one getting warm, hmm, try a full reset:
