this isn't working for my iPad Pro? It says "disabled connect to itunes" I do so and nothing happens NOW WHAT??

my iPad today FOR WHATEVER REASON ALTHOUGH HAVE JUST BEEN HACKED ON EVERY DEVICE WE OWN, but when turned on iPad says "disabled connect to iTunes" I do so and it still does nothing and iTunes does not show it at all???? WTF>>?? HELP
