Just to note this isn't really an Apple customer service site. This is a user to user forum, although sometimes Apple employees give responses. You're not going to get a specific answer as to appointment times. Also - it's a bit hard to decipher your abbreviated terms, but I looked it up and it seems like "Kln side" is Hong Kong slang for Kowloon?
