Why do I keep getting billed over and over

keep getting charges on my bank account saying Apple.com/bill_v. But I didn’t buy anything? What is this charge? Also how and who do I contact so they stop taking this out of my account every couple months

If you're sure that those charges are from Apple, open this page and take a look at its sections: Purchases, Subscriptions, Unfamiliar Charges:--> Subscriptions and Billing – Official Apple Support
