Subscribed to a spam app and can't unsubscribe from the payment

An app payment was charged unauthorised and can't get it to cancel. Whats the procedure ahead?

Provided that

a) You subscribed to the app through the iTunes Store, and

b) you have followed the procedure outlined here and it hasn't worked

then it's time to contact Support.
