Missing News Widget

I don’t have the news widget... I know, I know, scrol down to ‘edit’ look for the widget and press the + and press done... But the widget isn’t there either!

I do have a iPad on my Apple ID, which has the News widget... even my wife has the widget, so it should work with my location.

I changed the location/region to US and the widget and app appears, but as soon as I change the location/region back to The Netherlands , it’s gone again...

I have restored the phone and all...

please help! It’s driving me crazy!

I solved it!

I compared my iPhone XS with a friends Xs who has the widget.

everything was the same, except the IPhone Language, so I changed it to Dutch, and the Widget appeared!
