Professional headphones for mac 2019
Hello! How do you use professional headphones with your MacBook Pro 2019 (when there is only thunderbolt)? Can not find a good adapter or Bluetooth options without losing sound quality...

You'd probably need a USB-C DAC. I haven't seen many Thunderbolt 3 interfaces, unless you're willing to pay $$$.

that's assuming that your professional headphones have a 3.55 mm plug, if they have a standard 1/4" inch plug then you'll have to try something else
