How can I locate my old iPhone? I do not remember my Apple ID. The location settings and find my app are not on either. I only remember the phone number. Please help!

In such a situation, you can't track that device (I assume you've already tried to phone call that number). Unfortunately you can just keep on searching your lost iPhone, sorry.

If you do not find it, I would call the carrier asking to disable the account, preventing phone calls, texts, and data use.
